16 <br />Mr. Busa said he feels it would be worthwhile to research. If money would <br />be available with no conditions or strings he would be interested. <br />Mr. Etzler said he thinks HUD monies are available for other items in the <br />Village besides the Community Room and also feels an investigation is <br />worthwhile. <br />Mr. Spellman suggested the Community Room Committee might want to discuss the <br />matter. <br />Mr. Carmen said it is a Council matter. He said if Federal monies would be <br />available for the Community Room the dollars budgeted for this year could be <br />spent elsewhere. <br />Mrs. Edythe Nickerson - 6705'Glenview (a member of the Community Room Committee) <br />said the committee is not in favor of HUD funds because of the rules and <br />regulations that must be followed when HUD funds are used. <br />Council agreed the mat.ter could be researched by Mr. Bloom and Mrs. Bloom will <br />report the information to Council. <br />Mary Ann Culotta - Morals Claim <br />Council agreed this matter would be discussed in Executive Session or the next <br />Council Caucus. They will get back to Mrs. Culotta. <br />Mrs. Culotta, who was-present, agreed with that procedure. <br />Cl,erk of Council & Wage Ordiciance <br />Council agreed this would be discussed in Executive Session after this meeting. <br />Numbering of Ordinances & Resolutions <br />Mr. Carmen said other municipalities separate the ordinances and resolutions and <br />number them separately. . <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to separate the numbering of <br />ordinances and resolutions retroactive to January.lst, 1983. <br />Mra Busa asked if there were any further comments from Council. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinances/Resolutions <br />numbering to be separate <br />Contract Agreement with: Clevelaftd: Hotise' of Corrections <br />Mr. Feneli said the Cleveland House of Corrections has a standard form <br />contract they insist all municipalities that want to house prisoners with <br />them use.
