35 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />Mr. Amendola said he sent•another lettez to Council regarding the changes <br />in the dwelling house code that must be amended by Council before he can <br />legally enforce any of those changes. Mr. Feneli will review these changes <br />and discuss them with Mr. Amendola, then report to Council. <br />Tool & Equipment Program - Mr. Amendola said he is awaiting finalization <br />by Council. He submitted to Council a list of tools that it will not be <br />necessary to purchase. He reported a resident is willing to sell to the <br />Village certain tools at a reasonable price. He has not been told when <br />he will be receiving the monty for the rest of the items and must build <br />a cage around a space in the building for storage. <br />Mr. Etzler said he thought Council was to approve the release forms. He <br />thought Mr. Carmen and Mr. Feneli were.going to present this at a Caucus. <br />He believes there is money appropriated for tools in the 1983 budget. <br />Mr. Carmen and Mr. Feneli will discuss this and report a.t the next Caucus. <br />Mr. Amendola said there are several items he feels should be included in <br />the release form. He will discuss these with Mr.. Feneli before the Caucus. <br />Viacom Commission to Village - Mr. Carmen said he received a letter from <br />Marie Coffey of Viacom regarding payment to the Village of franchise fees. <br />We should be receiving our first check for these this month. <br />Ordinance 83-1, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 971.11(d) OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, SO AS TO ESTABLISH A WAIVER <br />PRQCED.URE THROUGH THE VIOLATIONS BUREAU OF THE.LYNDHURST.MUNICIPAL COURT <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Robert G. Beebe. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Spellman, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Spellma.n, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-1. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Carmen asked Chief Stevens and Mr. Feneli if they had received this <br />ordinance and if there were no problems and it was acceptable to them.
