36 <br />Chief Stevens and Mr. Feneli agreed the ordinance was acceptable. Mr. <br />Feneli stated the ordinance would be acceptable with Lyndhurst Municipal <br />Court. Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br /> <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 83-4,_entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 133.03 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO AUTHORIZED <br />SIGNATURES ON CHECKS AND WITHDRAWL SLIPS ON BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE <br />MUNICIPALITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Robert <br />G. Beebe. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Etzler, made a motion to pass Ordinance 83-4. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mrs. Bloom, Mr. Carmen, Mr. Etzler <br />NAYS: Mr. Busa, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Hanus, and Mr. Spellman <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion Failed <br />Ordinance Not Passed <br />Ordinance 83-5, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO FOR THE PERIOD <br />FROM JANUARY l, 1982 TO DECEMBER 31, 1982, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Beebe and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br /> <br /> <br />- -!
