61 <br />Finance - Mr. Spellma.n said the Finance Committee did not meet this month. <br />They will meet April 28 at-7:00 p.m. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEES, BOARDS; COMMISSIONS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board will be meeting <br />this Thursday evening to review six proposals. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola.said they have called a Board of Appeals <br />Meeting for Tuesday evening to take care of a couple ma.tters that have come up. <br />In a meeting with Mr. Feneli they.had clarification of the true def inition of the <br />Board of Appeals. In order to.save time to those who are waiting for a decision <br />to be made they will have the Board of Appeals review the ma.tters and have the <br />information ready. - <br />Mr. Busa asked Mr. Spellman to reconsider the Finance Meeting date of April 28 <br />at 7:00 p.m. because the Finance Director will be unable to attend. <br />Mr. Spellma.n said he would get back to Mr. Toth. <br />Community Room Committee.- Mrs. Hanus said the.Village Garage Sale was April <br />9 and 10. A check for $3,000 for sales was given to Mr. Toth. With the <br />outstanding money from sales and with the money they will receive from the <br />Cooks, she anticipates the total profit will be about $3,500.00. The Swap <br />Meet was April'17. A to.tal of 54 spaces were rented out, and $683.00 was <br />taken in for admission charged ($1.00-each). The committee will receive 50% <br />of all profits. Mrs. Hanus said for Village Days the committee wants to have <br />fireworks on Sundaym She,hopes Council.would go along with that.idea and <br />asked if they could vote on the matter. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mr. Etzler, Mayor Beebe and others will be checking into prices, etc. Further <br />discussion will be at the next Caucus after additional information is obtained. <br />Firemen's Dependents .Fund - Mr. Etzler said he will have a report for the next <br />meeting. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mrs. Bloom said they will be meeting April 27 <br />at 8:00 p.m. at the L'yndhurst City Hall. The last meeting was cancelled. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Etzler said there was no report. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Spellman had no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Carmen said the Commission met April 4. They will <br />be meeting April 28 to continue discussion on the Panzica.proposal for an <br />office building. They will also discuss the request by Dr. Eadie regarding the <br />Special Use Permit granted to Dr. Season.
