108 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adop.t Resolution 83-18.. <br />Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Spellman reported the Finance Committee met May 23 and June 27. Council <br />received minutes of these meetings. They will be meeting June 25 following <br />the Special Council Meeting. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported the Board will meet this <br />Thursday. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said they will not be required to meet this <br />month. Community Room Committee - Mrs. Hanus noted the activities planned; Summer <br />Dance - August 5, Home Days - August 6 and 7, Flea Market August 13 and 14. <br />Tickets are available now for the dance. Flea market booths are available <br />at $15.00 per space for one day and $25.00 per space for two days. <br />Mrs. Bloom questioned if the Girl Scout troop could use.the Community Room <br />to hold their meetings this Fall. <br />Mrs. Hanus said the Community Room is not open to the public at this time. <br />It was the Mayor's decis.ion that the room be used only by Village groups until <br />it is dedicated. Perhaps this can be discussed at another time. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils- Mrs. Bloom saicl they are on summer vacation. <br />Ceinetery - Mr. Etzler reported no meetings are planned for the rest of this year. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Spellman said they are on summer vacation and will meet in August. <br />Planning & Zoning Commission - Mr. Carmen said the Commission met July 11 and <br />approved a lot split for the Mayfield School Board. There will be no workshop <br />meeting this month. <br />Recreation Committee - Mrs. Bloom said they will be meeting Wednesday to plan <br />activities for Home Days. They are planning a Fun Run for September 25. They <br />have three sponsors to date. The course will be through Village streets <br />rather than through the Metropolitan Park.
