108 Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adop.t Resolution 83-18.. Mr. Busa asked if there were any comments. There were none. Roll Call: AYES: Al1 NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Mr. Spellman reported the Finance Committee met May 23 and June 27. Council received minutes of these meetings. They will be meeting June 25 following the Special Council Meeting. Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported the Board will meet this Thursday. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said they will not be required to meet this month. Community Room Committee - Mrs. Hanus noted the activities planned; Summer Dance - August 5, Home Days - August 6 and 7, Flea Market August 13 and 14. Tickets are available now for the dance. Flea market booths are available at $15.00 per space for one day and $25.00 per space for two days. Mrs. Bloom questioned if the Girl Scout troop could use.the Community Room to hold their meetings this Fall. Mrs. Hanus said the Community Room is not open to the public at this time. It was the Mayor's decis.ion that the room be used only by Village groups until it is dedicated. Perhaps this can be discussed at another time. Hillcrest Council of Councils- Mrs. Bloom saicl they are on summer vacation. Ceinetery - Mr. Etzler reported no meetings are planned for the rest of this year. M.A.R.C. - Mr. Spellman said they are on summer vacation and will meet in August. Planning & Zoning Commission - Mr. Carmen said the Commission met July 11 and approved a lot split for the Mayfield School Board. There will be no workshop meeting this month. Recreation Committee - Mrs. Bloom said they will be meeting Wednesday to plan activities for Home Days. They are planning a Fun Run for September 25. They have three sponsors to date. The course will be through Village streets rather than through the Metropolitan Park.
