1?R Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Busa, made.a motion to re-submit this.to the Assessment Equalization Board for their.consideration, to reach a decision in the next week to ten days. Roll Call: AYES: All. NAYS: None Motion Carried Council recessed for a short break at this time (9:00 p.m.). Council reconvened at 9:25 p.m. Paving of Wilson Mills & NOACA Issue Mayor Beebe said he recently discovered that several Mayors are delegates to NOACA and he will be contacting them. He is anticipating receiving more information from Lee Fisher's Office also. He will have a report by the next Council Meeting. Mrs. B1oom said Senator Fisher will be.receiving the correspondence he just received regarding thi:s. He is in the process of trying to resolve this issue amicably for all communities who are not members. The project will not be able to be done this year but hopefully the Village will geton the TIP Program so the work wi11 be completed next year. Mayor Beebe said he wrote Ed Feighan's Office in tdashington and was contacted by George Cody for rZr. Feighan. He also wrote the Ohio Department of Trans- portation. He feels we will get some action. Beech Hill Pumping Station - Mayor Beebe said we have not heard anything recently. The Hilltop plan has been set back a couple years. Council will receive correspondence in their packet on Friday.regarding this. The Mayors may get together to pursue the matter. Village Skunk Problem Issue - riayor Beebe said he and Chief Stevens have been trying to come up with something because the Village is too over-populated with skunks. Overtime Issue - Council agreed to meet with Mr. Amendola to discuss this on September 26 at 8:00 p.m. They will schedule meetings with the other depart- ments at another t•ime. School Board vs. Lander Road Residents Report - Mr. Busa asked Mr. George Goley, 865 Lander.Road, to report on this. Mr..Goley said work has begun on the reconnection of the severed sewer pipes which has been witnessed by Mr. Amendola. He will not have a full report for Council until the next Council Meeting. The appraiser will be appraising the property that was sold soon.
