152 <br />There was none. <br />Ro11.Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Busa announced Chief Stevens has samples of ammonition if anyone would be <br />interested to look at them during the following recess. <br />Council recessed for a short break at this time (9:12 p.m.). <br />Council reconvened at 9:28 p.m. <br />White Road - Repaving S.tatus - Mr. Hovancsek reported that the repaving of <br />White Road was to begin today. <br />Sutton Insurance Status - Mr. Etzler said he received a print out from <br />the Insurance Company today which he gave to Council. He suggested another <br />meeting be held with Mr. Chapman and Council to discuss this further. <br />Mr. Busa asked Mr. Etzler to chair the meeting and report their progress <br />at the next Council meeting. <br />Beech Hill Pumping Station - Mr. Hovancsek reminded everyone of the meeting <br />scheduled for this Friday, as mentioned earlier. <br />Mr. Feneli said he read an article regarding a lawsuit of this type of <br />problem and is checking into it. He will report his findings at the next <br />meeting. <br />Village Skunk Problem - Mr. Carmen suggested that monies be designated at <br />the beginning of next year to hire a state trapper to assist with the problem. <br />Mr. Busa agreed. <br />Paving of Wilson Mills (NOACA) - Mr. Feneli said a reply from Mr. Pizzedaz <br />has not yet been received. <br />Beech Hill Equalization Board - Mrs. Hanus suggested another method of payment <br />might ease the hardship. <br />Mr. Feneli explained why the benefit method chosen is best for almost everyone. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said with the time factor involved the work could not be started <br />until next year. <br />Mrs. Hanus noted one reason why she rejected to the present assessments is <br />because of the County's share of the cost, which she feels should be greater. <br />Discussion was held. <br />
