She stated the only time she ran into a <br />problem in this Village was Friday, <br />Council President Spellma.n asked if Mrs. Mikula had any further comments. <br />Mrs. Mikula stated she would like notes in the minutes that she would like <br />for her and Mrs. Ruggles to work out what is convenient for them and that <br />a third party does not have to enter into it and cause problems. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any objections to this from <br />Council. There were no objections. <br />Mr. Feneli stated as long as it pertains to financial records. <br />Mrs. Mikula stated those are the only records she is interested in seeing. <br />Council President Spellman stated Mrs. Mikula will be entitled to continue <br />to see public records at a reasonable time with Mrs. Ruggles. <br />Mr. Flynn stated that if Mrs. Mikula was offended by any member of the <br />Village he would like to apologize on their behalf. <br />Mrs. Mikula stated she would like to commend Mr. Spellman and that it is <br />a pleasure to have the circumstances as they are now. <br />Mr. Dick Van Curen, 6681 Wilson Mills Road, stated he wants to be sure <br />Council is aware of a situation regarding Viacom Cable Television workers. <br />He said it is his understanding they are required to carry identification <br />and produce it when asked. He explained his situation where a truck was <br />parked in such a way that the sign on the passenger side door could not <br />be seen, he asked for identification and was refused. He stated after <br />asking several times the foreman finally gave him his name. <br />He said when the workers go on private property without authorization, <br />they use the excuse that Council gave them authorization, which he does <br />not feel Council can do. <br />Mr. Carmen questioned what property Mr. Van Curen is referring to.
