62 <br />Motion for bids on a POlice:c'ruiser.- <br />Council President Spellman stated Council has been informed through Mrs. <br />Blooms report and it was discus'sed.at the Council Meeting la.st week. <br />Mrs. Bloom, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to advertise for bids <br />for a police cruiser. <br />Mayor Beebe asked if once the cruisers have been advertised publicly, if <br />we could still send our specifications to individual dealers if we so choose. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that could be done. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The Clerk of Council to advertise for bids. <br />Beech Hill/Beecher's B'rook <br />Discussion was held regarding a letter to be sent (or possibly already sent) <br />to residents informing them the street has been repaired for the last time; <br />and/or possibly a letter of assessment. <br />Mr. Amendola stated the ditches must be repaired and Council must consider <br />the street must be used by Police and Fire vehicles. <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained what must be done if Council choose to access the <br />property owners. <br />Mayor Beebe and Council agreed that Mr. Fenel.i should prepare a letter to <br />the property owners. <br />Mayor Beebe asked that Council be ciefinitive about what they want.Mr. Feneli <br />to write in the letter. <br />There was no further discussion and it would be at Mr. Feneli's discretion. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 82-16, entitled; "AN-ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 153.01 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br />INCONSISTENT THEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by the <br />Mayor.and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Spellman stated this ordinance is regarding the bonding <br />of the officers and employees of the municipality as discussed by Mr. <br />Sutton at the last Council Meeting.
