<br />Discussion was held. <br />Mr. Etzl'er said he was not sure of the exact items needed by a Part Time <br />Police Officer that were not needed by an Auxiliary Officer, but the <br />amount of the difference in the clothing allowance is $222.50. <br />Mr. Feneli went over the old uniform schedule listing the exceptions of <br />items not needed by a part time officer that are needed by a full time <br />officer. He explained the officers to become part time have been outfitted <br />with most items needed because they were Auxiliary Officers. He stated <br />the ordinance should state exactly how much clothing allowance they should <br />receive or that they should be i.n possession of all items on Schedule B. <br />Mr. Busa asked if this could be prepared for the next meeting. <br />Council President Spellman asked if Council wished to table this ordinance <br />until the Special Meeting next week. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus', made a motion to table this ordinance at <br />this time. <br /> <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Discussion Tabled <br /> <br />Ordinance 82=18,.entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITiJRES OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, OHIO, FOR <br />THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY l, 1982 TO DECEMBER 31, 1982; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Councilman Vince J. Busa. <br />Council President Spellman stated this is our annual appropriations ordinance, <br />reading the amounts appropriated to each department and specific fund. He <br />recommended the Finance Committee review all line items in June. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated this was the new concept as given by the Auditor of State. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman stated he felt this ordinance probably should have <br />been given three readings. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Busa, Etzler, Flynn, Mrs. Bloom and Mrs. Hanus <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Spellman <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />?
