<br />Council President.Spellma.n asked if there was any discussion regarding <br />this ordinance. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-20. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 82-21, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF <br />$26,300 OF BONDS OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDS <br />TO PAY THE PROPERTY OWNERS' PORTION, IN ANTICIPATION OF TIiE COLLECTION OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS HERETOFORE LEVIED, OF THE COST OF IMPROVING BETA DRIVE <br />BETWEEN CERTAIN TERMINI BY CONSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS TOGETHER WITH ALL <br />NECESSARY INCIDENTALS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Councilman Vince J. Busa <br />Council President Spellman stated this is a similar ordinance to.82-20. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-21. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments for discussion <br />regarding this ordinance. <br />There were none. <br />"Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 82-22, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RETENTION OF THE <br />PORTLAND CEMENT ASSOCIATION AS AN EXPERT WITNESS IN PENDING LITIGATION." <br />Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Spellman stated that he must amend the agenda in reference <br />to a resolution authorizing the retention of the Portland Cemen.t Association <br />as an expert witness in pending litigation. He explained this was in <br />reference to Mayfield Vil.lage vs. Aintree North Developing Company. He stated <br />this was discussed in Executive Session last week, and that he just received <br />a copy of the resolution tonight. <br />? <br /> <br />
