Mayor Beebe stated that he and Department Heads will check into the matter and report back to Council. Mr. Etzler stated that Mrs. Bloom founcl copies of the letters Council President Spellman was referring to, and that four out of the five topics had been taken care of.. He asked what exactly is being sent to the Finance Committee for discussion. Council President Spellma.n stated job descriptions, performa.nce evaluations and the wage ordinance, sections 3 through 15 are topics for discussion by the Finance Committee. Discussion was held. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola stated the Architectural Review Board met on February $. He said they discussed an addition to a suite at the Lilac Apartments for Mr. VanCuren. He said a couple of changes on the drawing was required and the Architectural Review Board passed the proposal. Mr: Amendola stated the members of the Architectural Review Board requested at that time that the minutes show.that they wished to have a.master plan put into effect for the Village to determine what Mayf iled Village is going to do with the property they own at the corner of S.O.M. and Wilson Mills. He said a suggestion was ma.de :that Council be asked to consider the hiring bf architeets to complete the drawings , on the community building and on the remodeling of the Fire Station. Mr. Amendola said those points were reported to Council at the Caucus Meeting. Mr. Amendola stated he had requested in writing that a resolution, possibly effective tonight, instruct the Architectural Review Board to start reviewing architects. Council President Spellma.n stated he received the letter and that is a topic for discussion in the coming weeks. He stated a Special Council Meeting may be held next week to discuss this and municipal plans, etc. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated there was no need for a meeting this month. Cemetery - Mr. Busa stated the Committee did not meet so there is no report. Community Room - Mrs. Hanus stated they are workin.g towards a goal of at least $10,000.00 because the Villag e is matching funds in that amount. She' stated they, are having a Swap Meet in April. She said.Mr. Scaccia, who is in the audience, is Chairpersbn of that affair, for which 50% of the proceeds will go towards the Community Room. Mrs. Hanus said their Garage Sale will be April 24 and 25, all proceeds to the Commuriity Room Fund. She mentioned the other events that are planned. .
