i - ?,) ?•? <br />Council President Spellma.n, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to <br />suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three <br />separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Bloom, made a motion to pass Ordinance 82-36. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments for discussion. <br />Mr. Carmen thanked Mr. Sutton for his good work. He said alot of money has <br />been spent for consulting work and this is the first time he recalls seeing <br />such tangible results. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 82-37, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT TO SEIBERT-KECK <br />INSURANCE AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS <br />($2,230.00) PER ANNUM AS LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR UMBRELLA LIABILITY, <br />INSURANCE COVERAGE, REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY," <br />Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Council President Spellman, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate. <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 82-37. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments for discussion. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br /> <br />I <br />
