<br />? <br />?J <br />Council President Spellman asked Mrs. Ruggles if money was available to <br />complete the repair work. <br />Mrs. Ruggles said she could not make a statement now as she did not know. <br />Council President Spellman said he would like to forward this to the Finance <br />Committee for consideration. <br />Mr. Busa stated four years ago $44,000.00 was committed for repair and only <br />half of the work was done that year. The other half of the work was never <br />done: <br />Mr. Etzler said the matter will be discussed at the next Finance 14eeting <br />following the June 22 meeting. <br />Council President Spellman stated he believed there was a commitment regarding <br />this in the minutes and he would research the matter and copy the information <br />for Council. <br />Resolution 82-45, entitled; "A.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TLRANSFER OF THE SUM <br />OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) FROM THE CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT IN THE GENERAL <br />FUND TO THE COMMISSION ON AGING, ESTABLISHING THE COMMISSION ON AGING AS A <br />PERMANENT ACCOUNT WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND AND DECLARING AN EMEP.GENCY." <br />Introduced by Council President Michael W. Spellman. <br />Council President.Spellma.n, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any commen.ts. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution 82-45. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there was any discussion regarding this <br />resolution. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted
