1 ?? 7 <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEES,'BOARDS;:COMMISSIONS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola stated the meeting has been <br />postponed until July lst to allow the drawings to be completed, which <br />include the drawings for the Community Room. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated there was no requirement for a <br />Board of Appeals Meeting this month. <br />Community Room Committee - Mrs.. Hanus reported the Committee met on May 5th. <br />They are preparing for Village Days as all profits will go to the Community <br />Room Fund. Thus far, there is $5,121.00 in the Fund. They have six more <br />affairs planned for this year. She said, as Mr. Amendola mentioned the <br />Architectural Review Board will be meeting on July lst. Hopefully, they <br />will review and approve the drawings for the Community Room so the work can <br />be started. <br />Firemen's DependentS Fund - Mr. Flynn stated there was no need for a meeting <br />this month. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils.- Mr. Busa stated there was no report. <br />Cemetery - Mrs. Hanus reported the Cemetery Committee met on May 22 at the <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery. She commented it was very lovely, quite and well- <br />kept. She said they would like to have the $300.00 upkeep dues from the <br />Village. <br />Mrs. Ruggles said the check has been sent. <br />Mrs. Hanus said the Mayfield Junior Womens Organization donated paint and <br />painted the fence in front of the cemetery_. The sign was washed and the <br />grass was cut and trimmed for Memorial Day. She said someone is needed <br />to redo some of the.headstones asking Mr. Busa to look into the matter,. <br />Council President Spellman stated he would.like to add there was a fine <br />article in the Sun Messenger a couple of weeks ago for Memorial Day. <br />M.A.R.C. - Council.President Spellman stated there will not be any meetings <br />until September. <br />Planning and Zoning Commission - Council President Spellman stated Mr. Carmen <br />is not present. <br />Recreation - Council President Spellman stated Mr. Carmen is not present. <br />Senior Citizen's Commission'ori'Aging - Mr. Busa reported the Commission met <br />on June 14. They worked on the rules, regulations and by-laws of the <br />Commission. He stated they are desirous of the fifth member .to their <br />Commission, asking if Mayor Beebe has his appointee to the Commission yet. <br />Mayor Beebe stated he does not yet have his appointee to the Commission.
