zt UmJ <br />Mrs. Mikula said either Eloise or Pat of the Finance Department have the <br />accounting of what was spent so far for the Commission on Aging. <br />Mr. Toth stated it would be recorded in the ledgers. He said at the time <br />a list was agreed to be made he was not the Finance Director. <br />M.A.R.C. Bill <br />Council President Spellman stated he has received a letter from Irene Kay <br />requesting the payment of $100.00 for dues to the Mayfield Area Recreation <br />Committee. He feels the bill should be paid so Mayf ield Village would remain <br />a member, asking if Council had any objections. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pay.the $100.00 bill for <br />dues to the Mayf ield Area Recreation Committee. <br />Mrs. Bloom commented, as a mother of three, she feels the organization is very <br />worthwhile. <br />Roll Call: . AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bill to.be Paid <br />Ordinance 82-74, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY EIGHT <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($48,000.00) FROM UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS IN THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR THE COMMUNITY ROOM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole. <br />Council President Spellmart, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to suspend <br />the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Council President Spellman asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Busa said he is very much in favor of helping this project but not at the <br />risk of having the group disband. He said Council wants to help the Committee <br />and he urges the Community Room Committee to continue their efforts of fund <br />raising. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br /> <br />
