n {?,/ <br />_r; ? <br />'U J <br />Ordinance 82-72, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ATLAS ELECTRIC <br />iN THE AMOUNT OF $20,900.00 FOR ELECTRICAL WORK FOR THE COMMUNITY BUILDING." <br />Introduced by the Mayor and Council as a Whole... <br />Council President Spellman stated that Atlas Electric was the lowest.bidder. <br />He said Council has not received this ordinance yet so it must be passed in <br />title only. <br />Mr. Flynn aslced Mr. Amendola if he has experienced previous work done.by Atlas <br />Electric. <br />Mr.. Amendola stated he is familiar with their work in the Industrial Park and <br />they are a reliable company. <br />Mr. Feneli to prepare the ordinance for the packet on Friday. <br />Mr. Amendola asked.if the contractor would be able to come in to sign the <br />contract with Mr. Toth if the ordinance is passed tonight. <br />Council President Spellman said yes. <br />Council President Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a.motion to suspend the <br />rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on"three separate occasions. <br />Council President Spellman aslced if there was any discussion. <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded.by Council President Spellman, made a motion to pass Ordinance <br />82-72. <br />Council President Spellman asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Rules Committee <br />Council President Spellman stated this was proposed by Mayor Beebe and would <br />consist of a hodge podge of people to create.rules for the use of the new <br />Community Room.
