He feels 200 copies.would be suff icient and the cost would be
minimal. Mr. Feneli could prepare an addendum listed the ten Charter changes
to be added to the beginning of the Charters.
Mr. Busa said the.original printer agreed to keep the master mats indef initely
so he may be able to provide the best price for reprinting.
Mayor Beebe will be checking further, getting price quotes, etc.
Mayor Beebe stated a letter to the Wildwood/Timberline residents asking for
their viewpoints on repairing the concrete and adding asphalt was hand delivered
last week. He has received two affirmative replies which will be forwarded to
Mr. Avery.
Mayor Beebe said the tree plantings on Wildwood and Timberline are inadequate
as 40 to 50% of the trees have again died. Mr. Amendola has checked into this
and given him a copy of the ordinance. According.to that, the developer has
done what he was supposed to have done and it is time for us to take action.
The people on those streets are deserving of the trees they were promised.
According to Mr. Amendola the estimated cost for the replacement Pin Oaks is.
$2,000.00. He recommends the Village purchase the trees and that they be
planted by the Village instead of the developer.
Mayor Beebe stated he has not yet received a reply from Mr. Louis Corsi,
Director of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District to his letter regarding
the Beech Hill problem. He said Mr. Etzler already brought this subject up
and action needs to be taken on this. He will be in touch with Mr. Corsi.
Mayor Beebe stated bids were received for updating the Codif ied Ordinances. He
has asked Mr. Feneli to get back to them.
Mr. Feneli stated he talked to both companies who submitted bids (Justinian
Publishing Company and Walter Drane Company) and they both feel we do not need
a total recodif ication. He suggested we ask them to attend a Caucus to make
sure they are aware of what we need. Their contract will include specifically
what we are asking them to do..
Mayor Beebe said it would be up to Council to make that decision and he would
recommend it. He asked that.Council President Spellman comment on this.
Mayor Beebe stated another problem is Cable Television, which is on the agenda.
