The deadline to receive bids was last Friday and no bids were <br />received. He asked the Law Director if we must advertise again. <br />Mr. Fen.eii stated since no bids were received, the Village.can sell the car <br />for the best price they are offered. <br />Mayor Beebe suggested an ad be placed in the automobile sales section of a <br />newspaper. <br />Ordinance 82-63, ent.itled; "AN ORDINANCE,ENACTING CHAPTER 945 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO ENTITLED "CABLE TELEVISION", ENACTING <br />SECTION 133.03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIEL.D VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING <br />TO THE CONNECTION OF RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS TO THE CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM, AND <br />AMENDING SECTION 1333.99 OF THE.CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />PERTAINING TO CERTAIN PENALTIES." Introduced by Mayor Robert G. Beebe. <br />Mr. Feneli stated he received several aaiendments to the ordinance from Mr. <br />Amendola. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Council President 5pellma.n stated Mr. Feneli will make the amendments to the <br />ordinance and it will be on the agenda for October 4th. <br />Mr. Busa asked the status of the cable television repairs that were supposed <br />to be made for incorrect installation. <br />Mr. Amendola said the Service Department 'checked all cable installations made <br />in the Village and compiled lists of.repairs to be made by Viacom. Two weeks <br />ago he gave Viacom the final.list of repairs that should•have already been made, <br />which included ma.ny homes that were among the f irst to be installed. Mr. <br />Amendola stated nothing will be done on the new streets until they complete <br />the work.they were supposed to do on those houses. <br />Council President Spellman stated if there,are no objections, Mr. Carmen is <br />excused at thi.s time as he has a meeting to attend. <br />There were no objections. Mr. Carmen departed from the meeting at 9:43 p.m. <br />Kenwood Drive - Progress Report <br />Mr. Amendola said the work on Kenwaod is progressing.- <br />Mrs. Bloom and Council President Spellman said it looks much better. <br />Mr. Hovancs:ek reported the contractor plans to install the curb drains this <br />week and to replace the driveways that were disturbed next week.
