242 <br />Mr. Feneli asked how many employees were planned to occupy the 3100 square feet. <br />Mr. Paris said 15 employees,:including the f ive doctors. <br />Mr. Feneli asked if Mr. Paris would'be willing to limit the medical useage to <br />this 3100 square feet if a variance was granted. <br />Mr. Paris agreed, <br />Mrs. Hanus commented when the previous variance was granted it was stipulated <br />there would be no medical offices there. <br />Council President.Spellman asked if Mrs. Ma.rtin had any input from the Building <br />Department. <br />Mrs. Martin commented that when Mr. Amendola made.spot.checks he found available <br />parking spaces. . <br />Mr. Etzler asked how the abundance of parking spaces Mr. Paris mentioned would <br />apply to the requirement of.one parking space for every 75 square feete <br />Mr. Paris said they would be required to provide 42 parking spaces for a medical <br />dental off ice of 3100 square feet.. Presently there are over 100 spaces not <br />being used which would still leave an excess of parking spaces: <br />Mr. Feneli asked if this is the last square footage available. <br />Mr. Paris said 750 square feet is still availab,le but there would be no doctor <br />or dentist off ices in that space. <br />Mr. Robert Schulte, Chairman of the Planning.and Zoning Commission, stated Mr. <br />Paris was given a variance from one parking space for every 100 square feet to <br />one parking space for every 200 feet.. Mr. Paris is pointing out the space which <br />is available with the current tenants; this does not mean these spaces would <br />exist if one of the engineering firms move out. <br />Mr. Paris said if any of the tenants move out the variance stipulates that the <br />Building Commissioner can turn down a request for occupancy permit if he feels <br />it would create a problem with the additional parking. <br />There being no further business the Board of Appeals adjourned at 8:40 p.m. <br />• r? ld ? <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL, ELOIS W.
