? ; MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL Village of Ma.yf ield November l, 1982 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, November lst, 1982 at 8:15 p.m. in the Village Hall. Acting Mayor, Michael W. Spellman, presided. Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Etzler,.Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. Bloom, and Mrs. Hanus Absent : MrmaCarinen, Mayor Beebe Also Present Were . Messrs., Feneli, Foltz, Hovancsek, Toth, Mrs. Martin, Mrs: Maynard OPEN PORTION . i i Council President Spellma.n.stated Mr. Paris was present and he would like Council to recess and convene as a Board of Appeals. He'asked if there were any other comments for the "Open Portion". - , There were no comments. Council recessed at 8s17 p.m. to hold a Board of Appeals Meeting. Council reconvened at 8:40 p.m. CONSIDERATION OF MINiJTES Special Meeting of Cou.ricil:='Ocfober'4;'1982 - Council President Spellman stated the date appearing at the top"of the.first page should be.October 4(not Oct. 5). Mrs. Bloom stated on page five under Ordinance 82-82 there was no roll call vote listed after the motion to suspend the rules of Council. Council President Spellman said the roll call vote should be included (AYES: Al1 - NAYS: None). Council President Spellman stated there being no objections, the minutes will stand as corrected. Special Meeting of'Gouricil'= Oct6Ber'7;'1982 - Council President SpeTlman stated the date appearing at the top.of the f irst page should.be October 7,(not Oct. 8). Mrs. Hanus said on page two, second to the last paragraph she also said, "In the absence of the President of Council the President Pro Tem should assume authority." That will be included in that paragraph. Council President Spellman stated there being no objections, the minutes will stand as corrected. MAYOR'S COMMENTS Council President Spellman stated Mayor Beebe is on vacation.
