? <br />; MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Ma.yf ield <br />November l, 1982 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on Monday, <br />November lst, 1982 at 8:15 p.m. in the Village Hall. Acting Mayor, Michael <br />W. Spellman, presided. <br />Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Etzler,.Flynn, Spellman, Mrs. Bloom, <br />and Mrs. Hanus <br />Absent : MrmaCarinen, Mayor Beebe <br />Also Present Were . Messrs., Feneli, Foltz, Hovancsek, Toth, Mrs. Martin, <br />Mrs: Maynard <br />OPEN PORTION <br />. i i <br />Council President Spellma.n.stated Mr. Paris was present and he would like <br />Council to recess and convene as a Board of Appeals. He'asked if there were <br />any other comments for the "Open Portion". - , <br />There were no comments. <br />Council recessed at 8s17 p.m. to hold a Board of Appeals Meeting. <br />Council reconvened at 8:40 p.m. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINiJTES <br />Special Meeting of Cou.ricil:='Ocfober'4;'1982 - Council President Spellman stated <br />the date appearing at the top"of the.first page should be.October 4(not Oct. 5). <br />Mrs. Bloom stated on page five under Ordinance 82-82 there was no roll call vote <br />listed after the motion to suspend the rules of Council. Council President <br />Spellman said the roll call vote should be included (AYES: Al1 - NAYS: None). <br />Council President Spellman stated there being no objections, the minutes will <br />stand as corrected. <br />Special Meeting of'Gouricil'= Oct6Ber'7;'1982 - Council President SpeTlman stated <br />the date appearing at the top.of the f irst page should.be October 7,(not Oct. 8). <br />Mrs. Hanus said on page two, second to the last paragraph she also said, "In the <br />absence of the President of Council the President Pro Tem should assume authority." <br />That will be included in that paragraph. Council President Spellman stated there <br />being no objections, the minutes will stand as corrected. <br />MAYOR'S COMMENTS <br />Council President Spellman stated Mayor Beebe is on vacation.
