<br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the Committee met earlier this evening. They are <br />requesting a Special Meeting on December 23 at 7:30. " They 'will meet:with <br />employees at 7 that same evening. They hope to have the '86 wage ordinance <br />passed by the end of this year. <br />There were no reports for the Hillcrest Council of Co.uncils, M:A.R.C „ or <br />Planning and Zoning. <br />Recreation - Mrs. Mills said the Christmas Party held December 15 was <br />well-attended; a nice party. (First Reading 11/18/85.) , <br />Ordinance 85-22 was given second reading. <br />IiVEW BUSINESS <br />Sewer Repairs - Mr. Hovancsek said the Village sent in two letters; one on <br />behalf of the Mayor and Council by the Law Director, and one by the Village <br />Engineer, discussing the unrealistic timetable for scheduling this draft <br />community permit. He said we have not received the final draft of this <br />community permit, but should be receiving it within the next 30 days. So <br />far, he has not heard whether they have rescinded that time schedule, but <br />feels it is a very tight, difficult time schedule for any.community to respond to.
