?9 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />6/20/88 <br />Page 9 <br />Ditches on the South Side of White Road - Mr. Hovancsek said that he has not <br />received an answer about the ditches as of this dateo <br />Street Reconstruction - Mr. Hovancsek reported that the bids will be opened <br />July lst. <br />Mayfield Women's Club Insignia - Mrse Cinco said that the sign was put up on <br />Thursday. ' <br />Storm Drainage Study - This topic was already discussed. <br />Hanover Woods Phase II - Mr. Hovancsek said the items on the punch list have <br />been completed. The three-year maintenance is on file with the Village and <br />permits are being issued in an orderly fashion. <br />Insurance Matters -'Mr. Basile said insurance matters will be discussed in <br />Executive Session (pertaining to litigatione) <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 88-15, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW <br />SECTION 513.01(dd) ENTITLED, "DEFINITIONS," AND AMENDING SECTION 513.04 <br />ENTITLED: "POSSESSION, MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA", TO <br />CHAPTER 513 "DRUG ABUSE CONTROL" OF PART FIVE "GENERAL OFFENSES CODE" OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO." Introduced by Mayor Carmen <br />and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 5/16/88.) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Counc'il requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mrsm Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />88-15: ' . .. . <br />Mr. Flynn commented that an adjacent community has a"head shop" that moved <br />in before they had legislation restricting them. He said that he does not <br />want the same thing to happen here. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS:' None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 88-23, entitled;- "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCY CALLS <br />OUTSIDE THE LIMITS OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the <br />entire Council. Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as ?a Whole. (First <br />Reading 5/16/88) <br />Mrs. Mills, sec'onded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />' Council requiring a resolution to be read-on three separate occasionse <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended
