139 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />10/17/88 <br />Page 11 <br />Mr. Ramos said that Ordinance No. 88-37 was prepared as a <br />housekeeping measure; that words were added to clear it up. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-38, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE <br />- PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $450,000 OF NOTES OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO <br />PAY COSTS OF CONSTRUCTING,•IN COOPERATION WITH CUYAHOGA COUNTY, WATER <br />MAINS, TOGETHER WITH THE NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO, ON WILSON <br />MILLS ROAD FROM SOM CENTER ROAD TO THE WESTERLY CORPORATE LIMITS, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-40, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 1173 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, PERTAINING TO PERMITTED USES AND AREA REGULATIONS IN THE <br />MOTORIST SERVICE, OFFICE-LABORATORY AND PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION <br />DISTRICT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Ramos said that this ordinance must be referred to the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission for their recommendation. <br />Mr. Ramos said that there will be 8 ordinances that must come up for <br />a Public Hearing and be voted on at the May election.
