? - <br />133 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />10/17/88 <br />_ Page 5 <br />Mr. Flynn asked if there was any way to determine whose <br />responsibility it was by checking the water flow. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that he would be glad to give a break down at the <br />meeting; that there were 2 property owners. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend the agenda <br />to include the forthcoming extension of the water line at 7129 Wilson <br />Mills Road, Mr. Wellman's property. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Agenda Amended <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 88-24, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE <br />ENACTING CHAPTER 1385 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO PERTAINING TO GAR.AGE AND PUBLIC SALES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br />AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 8/15/88, Second <br />Reading 9/26/88). <br />Mr. Basile, . seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact <br />Ordinance No. 88-24. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Seconded Reading of Ordinance No. 88-35, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CODIFIED ORDINANCE SECTION 1165.05 PERTAINING TO THE MINIMUM <br />YARD DIMENSIONS IN LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/26/88, Referred to P&Z). <br />Mr. Ramos said that.the Planning and Zoning Commission has not had an <br />opportunity to study this ordinance. They will study the ordinance <br />at their workshop meeting on October 20 and will probably make or not <br />make a recommendation about such ordinance. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Progressive Insurance - Mr. Basile asked Mr. Hovancsek if he had <br />received a site plan for Progressive recently. <br />Mr. James Heller from Keeva J. Kekst Architects - said that the plans <br />that were submitted to Council were the same plans that Mr. Hovancsek <br />had received prior to the Planning Commission submission date. He <br />said that they will make all the changes as they develop the drawings <br />to the next stage. They would come back to the Planning Commission <br />after the initial submittal. <br />Mayor Carmen said that to the extent that we are concerned about <br />tying the variance to those items, what is done in most occasions is <br />that we make approval of any variance conditional upon them <br />satisfying the items on the list.
