Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/26/88, Referred to P&Z). <br />Mr. Ramos said that.the Planning and Zoning Commission has not had an <br />opportunity to study this ordinance. They will study the ordinance <br />at their workshop meeting on October 20 and will probably make or not <br />make a recommendation about such ordinance. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Progressive Insurance - Mr. Basile asked Mr. Hovancsek if he had <br />received a site plan for Progressive recently. <br />Mr. James Heller from Keeva J. Kekst Architects - said that the plans <br />that were submitted to Council were the same plans that Mr. Hovancsek <br />had received prior to the Planning Commission submission date. He <br />said that they will make all the changes as they develop the drawings <br />to the next stage. They would come back to the Planning Commission <br />after the initial submittal. <br />Mayor Carmen said that to the extent that we are concerned about <br />tying the variance to those items, what is done in most occasions is <br />that we make approval of any variance conditional upon them <br />satisfying the items on the list.
