Regular Council Meeting 11/21/88 Page 11 Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 88-57, entitled; "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNTS AND RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE NECESSARY TAX LEVIES AND CERTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Ordinance No. 88-42, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1385.01 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO PERMITS FOR GAR.AGE AND PUBLIC SALES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. Mr. Ramos explained that this ordinance clarifies the ordinance passed previously so that a permit is not required when less than 6 items are being sold. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
