Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />(First Reading 10/17/88, Referred to Planning & Zoning.) <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 88-40, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 1173 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING <br />TO PERMITTED USES AND AREA REGULATIONS IN THE MOTORIST SERVICE, OFFICE- <br />LABORATORY AND PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br />INCONSISTENT HEREWITH." <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />MetroTen - Mr. Basile asked if everyone received this correspondence and what <br />the feeling of Council was. <br />Mayor Carmen said that he had received the correspondence and that the other <br />members of Council had not received the information; only one envelope had <br />been received which was addressed to the Council President. He said that we <br />will make copies of the information for the other members of Council. <br />Additional Police Person - Mr. Basile said that he had noticed that there is <br />an additional patrolman on the directory.
