? <br />? 5L'+r_ <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/21/88 <br />Page 8 <br />Mayor Carmen said that he had requested that a meeting be scheduled between <br />Mr. Caticchio, Mr. Krivanek, Mr. Fred Ramos, a Service Dept. representative, <br />and himself to try to resolve this problem. He said the only thing he <br />understood that was a problem was that the developer had run a pipe through <br />Mr. Krivanek's property without any knowledge on Mr. Krivanek's part. He asked <br />how that was resolved. He asked if there was also a water problem relative to <br />the pipe. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that the developer will prepare an easement. If the <br />Village executes the easement that would resolve the issue. Mr. Hovancsek <br />explained that there was a water problem due to the grading around Mr. <br />Krivanek's house. He said that is a separate issue to his knowledge. <br />Mr. Petschauer asked if the developer was the same one who developed Hanover <br />Woods. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that the developer is the same one as Hanover Woods. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Resolution No. 88-51, entitled; "A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO ANNETTE <br />JEROME." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />88-51. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 88-52, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN INFORMAL BID FROM CORRADETTI <br />LANDSCAPING SNOWPLOWING TO PROVIDE SNOWPLOWING FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED <br />RESIDENTS OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the <br />Entire Council. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Flynn, and Mrs. Mills <br />NAYS: Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Petschauer, Mr. Rinker, and Mr. Santoro <br />Mr. Petschauer said that he would like to make a recommendation that this <br />legislation be placed on next month's Council Caucus agenda. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 88-53, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT OF <br />OHIO - WESTERN RESERVE TO INCREASE THE CONTAINER SERVICE AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Santoro, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
