There were no objections. <br />GaZebrunch - Mr. Basile asked that everyone let Donna know the hours <br />they can work. <br />Mayor Carmen said that volunteers will serve as information sources -- <br />to explain what the project is about. He will provide volunteers with <br />information about the project before the Brunch. <br />Snow Plowing - Mr. Basile said that he had received a number of <br />complaints about the plowing. <br />A brief discussion was held. <br />Mayor Carmen said that he felt confident that the plowing would <br />improve. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 88-58, entitled; "A RESOLUTION <br />DESIGNATING CERTAIN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AS DEPOSITORIES FOR INTERIM <br />FUNDS OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD COMMENCING <br />WITH JANUARY 1, 1989, AUTHORIZING DEPOSITORY AGREEMENTS WITH SAID <br />INSTITUTIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen <br />and Council as a Whole. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a <br />motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be <br />read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution <br />No. 88-58. <br />Mr. Patrick explained why this resolution was required. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 88-59, entitled; "A RESOLUTION <br />DESIGNATING THE AMERITRUST COMPANY AS A DEPOSITORY FOR ACTIVE FUNDS OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD COMMENCING WITH <br />JANUARY 1, 1989, AUTHORIZING A DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT WITH SAID <br />INSTITUTION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
