141 Page 11 Mrs. Klang directed her conversation to Mr. Kozlevchar, and said this has nothing to do with you or your mother and father. She blames the Village for this. If this was submitted before the ,A.R.B., and she met four of them Thursday night, four intelligent people, she knows that if they knew the area, they wouldn't have approved it--not because of you personally, because of the area. Mrs. Klang said that's why she felt Mr. Amendola had no ricjht giving you the permit. She does not know what he (Mr. Amendola), told you (Mr. Kozlevchar.) Mrs. Klang said she wanted to look Mr..Amendola in the eye and ask him a question. She asked, the blueprints that I saw in your office last Tuesday, when were those submitted? Mr. Amendola said about two weeks ago; just right after the foundation was put in. Mrs. Klang said, then why did you have the date on the top of the blueprints of July 2nd? The date on the permit is July 2nd, but the date on the blueprint should be the clate they were submitted. Mr..Amendola said the date of the application appears on all the drawings. He said people are misunderstanding something here, and that is if there was any ill-doing, it would have appeared in the minutes of the A.R.B. In the minutes it tells you every sinqle sublect that is brought up at the A.R.B. Meeting, what is approved, and the reasons for rejection. These drawings were never mentioned, because the drawings were never submitted. Mrs. Klang asked Mr. Amendola why he didn't tell them he issued the permit. She said he told them that the,A.R.B. had reviewed it. She said he told her he had nothing to do with it and had been trying to change the code for 13 years. Mr. Amendola said he said the A.R.B. rebiews, the drawings and stamps them. He did not say they reviewed these drawings. Mrs. KlanQ said at the Council Meeting on September 15 Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Amendola whether or not the drawings had been reviewed.by the A.R.B. and he said yes. Ann Postacchini_Corner of HickorY_Hill_and._SOM asked why this building is going up, why they need a build.ing like this. Mayor Carmen said apparently the gentlernan who bought the property buys and restores antique cars. He collects show cars and wants to store them there.
