11/17/6 s-6 <br />Page 3 <br /> Commission on Aging - Mr. Etzler reported that Cards and Blood Pressure Checks <br /> wilY be held on Nove mber 18, somet.hing new, "Carry-In Cuisine" will be held on <br /> November 20, Crafts and Registratior.. for the Dick Goddard Program on Dec. 17 <br /> wilY be held on Nov. 25, the Past and Present bus trip will be on Dec. 9, and <br /> Surplus Food will be on Dec. 17. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br />Front Row Traffic Problem - Mr. Feneli said he has not been contacted since <br />Mayor Carmen's last report, and has no further information at this time. <br />New Squad - Acting Chief Mohr reported.that the new ambulance is presently <br />in service and anybody wishing to look at it should come over. The back-up <br />ambulance will be looked at.next year. We have two good ambulances to <br />serve the community presently. <br />Hanus Drainage - Mr. Feneli said he received the information he needed from <br />Kay Oker and has prepared the Right of Entry for Mrs. Strunk's property and <br />for Mr. and Mrs. Piunno's property. He anticipates having the Resolutions <br />accepting the easements prepared for the December Caucus. Mr. Fene].i said <br />he did the same for the Zupancic property and these have been prepared and <br />mailed to Fred Tripodo Sr. for fiis signatures. He should have resolutions <br />for aIl four at the December Caucus. <br />Mr. Etzler said the December lst Caucus will be a Special Council Meeting and <br />these items could be acted on at that time if necessary. <br />Planning Consultant - Mr: Etz'ler said Mayor Carmen was not present to report <br />on this item. <br />Mr. Etzler said if there were,-no objections, he will leave Ordinance No. 86-20 <br />off the agenda until next month, when both ordinances could be on thE: agenda. <br />There were no objections. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 86-22, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING <br />CHAPTER 1379 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD.VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING <br />TO CERTIFICATES OF INSPECTION OF RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS." Introduced by <br />Councilmen George F. Goley and David Petschauer. (First Reading 9/15/86.) <br />Mr. Goley requested that Ordinance No: 86-22 not be placed on the December <br />agenda for third reading since there is alot of work to be done before it <br />is put on third reading. ' <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 86-26, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85-27 PERTAINING TO WAGES, BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, BY <br />ENACTING NEW, SECTION 1(N) PERTAINING TO EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ABSENT FROM <br />THEIR EMPLOYMENT DUE TO CERTAIN MILITARY OBLIGATIGNS AND DECLARI.NG AN <br />EMERGENCY."
