r <br />Regulaz Council Meeting <br />1/22/90 <br />Page 5 <br />Mr. Rinker said that Enzo has the misfortune of following a company that did superb <br />work. <br />A representative from Enzo Construction said they are in the rough stages of complerion. <br />They will continue to work diligently and he is sure that Mayf'ield Village will be satisfied <br />with the finished project <br />Council asked if the gendemen (Mr. Enzo and Mr. Trivisano) could attend each Council <br />Meeting until the work is completed to provide Council with an update. They will attend <br />the February 27 meeting. <br />Recycling - Mr. Ramos said that Waste Management stated that they would have to impose <br />a 36-month term on the recycling contract. He said he talked to the Sta.te Auditor's Office <br />about the bidding process. Although it is a grey area they feel we should play it safe by <br />bidding out the contract. He suggests we do so. He thinks we should seek informal bids <br />because it would save time and there has already been a lot of work done on this project. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Council agreed to hold a Special Council meeting at the next Council Caucus (February 5 at <br />8 p.m.) to consider the bids. <br />Approval of Expenditure for Ditching at Krivanek Property - Mr. Pietrafese, <br />seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $4,729.00 for <br />material and.labor to do the sewer work at 578 Timberline Trail (Krivanek Property.) <br />Roll Call: AYES : All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Approval of Expenditure for Sound System at Village Hall - Council said that <br />two additional microphones aze needed. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to approve the expenditure of <br />$4,500 to Professional Sound Systems Inc. for the installation of the sound system in the <br />Council Chambers. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Marathon Gas Station (needs variance for Signs) - Mr. Amendola said that he has <br />heard nothing more from them. <br />Sidewalk at 6687 Wildwood Trail (Cirino residence) - Mr. Amendola said that <br />he told the Cirinos that he would obtain cost figures for them so they could be approved by <br />Mr. Caricchio and there will be no delay. He received has received two bids to date. After <br />he receives two more he will present them to the Cirinos so they can choose the contractor. <br />Municipal Center - Mrs. Mills said Council has asked Fred Ramos to send a letter to <br />various azchitectural fums to attain their input.
