;?. <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />3/19/90 <br />Page 6 <br />Mrs. Mills said yes; and to tell him we intend to do the project. <br />Spaghetti Companv Parking,- Mr. Ferrante said the problem has been resolved; they are <br />complying with our request. <br />Service Gazage Roof Bids - Mr. Amendola said that 11 bids were received. <br />Discussion was held regarding the warranty. <br />Mrs. Mills said that Resolurion No. 90-22 was prepared. <br />Mr. Flynn said we are not ready to vote on this. <br />Mr. Amendola to check the length of the performance bond. Council agreed to hold a <br />Special Council Meeting at the Apri12 Council Caucus to discuss this further. <br />Conversion of Street Liv-hts - Mr. Flynn said he would like Mayor Carmen and the Council <br />President to sign the letter and send it in. He said that the police and fire chiefs could <br />submit their recommendations regarding the areas they feel additional lighting is necessary. <br />Mayor Carmen and Council agreed. <br />Lightina of Ball Diamonds - Mark Fixler (Recreation Board member in the audience) said <br />he gave Mr. Amendola a specifications sheet. He met this morning with C.E.I. The poles <br />will be movable. <br />Council agreed to include this item on the Council Caucus agenda.• - <br />Rec,vcling Pro ram - Mr. Ohle said he is here to answer any questions Council may have. <br />He said a meeting will be held with the citizen's committee on March 27 at 8 p.m. Mayor <br />Carmen agreed to be the interim chairman of the Committee. <br />Hospitalization Proposals - Mr. Flynn said this was discussed at the Finance Committee. <br />Chief Mohr agreed to contact Lan-y Barrett. <br />Municinal Center - Mrs. Mills said that Council is in the process of selecting an <br />architectural fum. They have interviewed 10 firms. She said they have not made any <br />decision yet. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 89-49. enrided; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING <br />CHAPTER 1127 PERTAINING TO TBE ADOPTTON AND IMPLEMENTATION OF <br />TI-E MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading 11/20/89, Second Reading 12/18/89, Third Reading & Tabled <br />1/22/90.) <br />Mr. Ramos recommended the ordinance remain on the table: <br />Mrs. Mills asked what should be done with the Narional Wetlands maps she received.
