68 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />4/16/90 <br />Page 4 <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to conf'um that Council has decided to go <br />with the Community Preferred Hospitalizarion Plan for employees with Option B which includes <br />prescriptions and office visits. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Mr. Ramos will draft legislation for Council to enact at the next Council meering. <br />Horton CompanX - Chief Mohr said that the Horton Company was the successful bidder for the <br />ambulance. We should receive the ambulance at the latter part of June. He explained that they had <br />not submitted the performance bond as required. He said that he had advised the Law Director and <br />Safety and Service Committee of such and explained the actions taken to ensure the Village receive <br />the bond. Chief Mohr said that they delivered the performance bond to him last Friday and the <br />Finance Director was satisfied with it. <br />Mr. Pietrafese asked how much the performance bond cost us; if it was figured into the bid price. <br />Chief Mohr said others have advised him it is usually about 3% of the bid but no separate price for <br />the bid bond was included in the bid. <br />ODOT Garaize - Mr. Ramos said that David Coburn will meet with Council in Execurive Session. <br />Enzo Construcrion - Mr. Hovancsek said they will be in a position to finish the construction work <br />now which includes the topsoil and seeding of the Aintree North drainage project, Phase 2. <br />Mrs. Mills said that Council has talked about the Master Drainage Plan. She said she hopes that <br />Mr. Hovancsek will be able to attend the next Ordinance Review Committee meeting. It will be <br />held the second Monday of the month. They would like to discuss crearing a water district. <br />Highland Road Drainame - Mr. Ramos said that he sent the right-of-entry to Sunrise Land <br />Development Company and they have not responded. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he spoke to Rusty Roseback. They indicated their legal department had <br />approved granting a right-of-entry to do the work on the property, but did not know if they would <br />get it to us today; we should receive it this week. Mr. Hovancsek said as soon as he receives it he <br />will fax it to the Village. <br />6826 Meadowood - Cotton PropertX - Mr. Ramos said he thinks it was the engineer's opinion that <br />it was on private property. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he received a phone call from Mr. Cotton stating that he had a drainage <br />problem. Mr. Hovancsek said that he suggested W. Cotton install at his expense a 4" perforated <br />drain which would stop the surface run-of£ Mr. Hovancsek said that he had indicated to Mr. <br />Cotton that the responsibility was not that of the municipality. Mr. Cotton said he felt the <br />neighbor's drain was a contributing factor. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if a letter should be written to Mr. Cotton. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he will look at the property again and write a letter to Mr. Cotton.
