.r _ . } <br />Regular Council Meering <br />5/21/90 <br />Page 3 <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board approved two single-family homes, <br />two decks, two fences, a shed and a pool at the last meeting. <br />Board of Apneals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for Board to meet. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if everyone has seen the fence between Dr. Stabile and Hejcl's property; they did <br />an excellent job on that. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco said their annual meering will be held tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. <br />Cirizen's Advisor;v Committee - Mr. Pietrafese said there was no report at this time. <br />Commission on Ap-ing - Mrs. Mills reported that 55 people attend the Anniversary Party which <br />was held May 5. The group is going on a trip to Akron tomorrow. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the committee met this evening. Regarding Resolurion No. 90-27, they <br />recommend that Council approve the application for potential funding. They also recommend <br />approval of the following resolutions: 90-29, 90-30, 90-31, 90-33. Mr. Flynn said the committee <br />recommends that Ordinance No. 90-24 be placed on first reading and that they move ahead with <br />Ordinance No. 90-22. There will be another meeting regarding the municipal complex on May 24 <br />at the Village Hall. Regarding Resolution No. 90-28, they have secured the hospitalization plan <br />for Village employees. They also recommend passage of Resolutions 90-34 - 90-37. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said there was no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Cinco reported that the following officers were elected: Nancy Plastine - <br />President, Dr. Jeffrey Eadie - Vice President. She said that over people attended their Arbor Day <br />Celebrarion. M.A.R.C. - Mr. Rinker said they did not meet; no report. <br />Ordinance Review - Mrs. Mills said the committee met May 15. Mr. Flynn reported on a couple of <br />the ordinances and there are other issues they are srill working on. <br />Plannin,g and Zoning - Mr. Basile said the only item on the agenda was the lot split at 447 S.O.M. <br />(a half-acre being split--457 will be the new address of the lot.) Recrearion - Mr. Pietrafese said the Board is looking into having a trading card show. There is <br />presently $16,020.70 in their account. He said they feel bids should be advertised to fix the fields <br />after Village Days; they want to do it now so that there is no lapse of rime. <br />Mrs. Mills said that item is on the agenda under "new business." <br />
