Regular Council Meering 5/21/90 Page 5 Second Reading of Ordinance No. 90-15, entided; "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TBE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES AS PARTS OF TBE VARIOUS COMPONENT CODES OF TBE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF 1VIAYFIELD VII..LAGE, OHIO, AND DECLARING A1V EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 3/19/90) Mr. Ramos suggested that Council pass this ordinance this evening. The code was updated to include all of the ordinances passed in 1989. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading and Tabled 4/16/90) Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to remove Ordinance No. 90-18 from the table.
