<br />Regular Council Meering <br />5/21/90 <br />Page 6 <br />Second Readiniz of Ordinance No 90-19, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW <br />SECTION 521.081 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VII.,LAGE, OHIO, <br />PROHIBITING POLLUTION OF WATERWAYS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None 1Vlorion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 90-19. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mr. Ramos noted the correct title of Ordinance No. 90-20 reads Section 351.03 (not as it appears <br />on the agenda.) <br />Second Readiniz of Ordinance No 90-20, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW <br />SECTION 351.03 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO, <br />PERTAINING TO SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ramos suggested Ordinance No. 90-20 remain on second reading until the ordinances from <br />Euclid and Wickliffe are reviewed at the next meering. <br />1VIr. Flynn said he would like to amend the agenda to include Ordinance No. 90-21. <br />. Mr.l2amos said that he recommends Ordinance No. 90-21 be kept on first reading. He contacted <br />Jim Storer at the Soil Conservation District. He said that he will be obtaining a copy of the <br />abatement rules from North Royalton. This will give Council ideas and they can make changes <br />before they are retyped. <br />Mr. Flynn suggested the Council hold a Special Meeting at the next Caucus. <br />Mayor Carmen said that what North Royalton has compared to what Mayfield Village needs are <br />two totally different things. The legislation will probably have to be discussed at the Ordinance <br />Review Committee also. <br />Mr. Hovancsek agreed that it would give them a chance to polish it up before it is submitted. <br />? <br /> <br />
