j Regular Council Meeting 12/17/90 Page 7 Discussion was held. Mr. Pietrafese asked the approximate amount the Village will be subsidizing. Mr. Patrick said approximately $5,000 per year on an annual basis. Mayor Carmen said he would prefer that Council act on the legislation this evening. He explained that he would like to have the ordinance in place before the employee is activated rather than after the fact. First Reading of Ordinance No. 90-50, enrided; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01/01/90 AND ENDING 12/31/90, REPEALING EXISTIlVG ORDINANCE NO. 90-42 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-50.
