TE ! ?g <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />3/20/89 Page 4 <br />District Board of Health Meeting - Mrs. Mills said that she attended <br />the meeting on March 13. She said that discussion was held regarding <br />HB 592 (immunization of children for DPT etc.) and on a projected lead <br />testing bill. <br />Fisheros Tavern - Mr. Ramos said that Mr. Feneli called to let us know <br />that the Court of Appeals has reversed their decision and that the suit <br />will be taken back to the Common Pleas Court. He said that Mr. Feneli <br />is in the process of writing a letter to Mayor Carmen to explain this, <br />and that Council will also be advised. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 89-7 (as amended 3/15/89), entitled; <br />"AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL PARKING VARIANCE FOR THE PROPERTY <br />KNOWN AS "VILLAGE PLAZA" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. (First Reading and Tabled <br />2/20/89.) <br />Mr. Ramos said that an additional letter was sent to Mr. Musca listing <br />the other conditions of the variance. He said that Mr. Musca has <br />responded with 2 letters of his own agreeing to the terms of our <br />letter. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to remove Ordinance <br />No. 89-7 from the table. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Removed From Table <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. <br />89-7. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mayor Carmen said that Mr. Musca had advised him that the work is <br />almost completed. He said that he looked at the area and that it looks <br />like it is just about complete. <br />Mrs. Mills said that the work is complete as far as she can see with <br />the exception of the appropriate landscaping. <br />Mr. Petschauer said that they have assured us that the landscaping will <br />be completed when weather permits.
