Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Rinker, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />89-25. <br />Mr. Petschauer asked Mayor Carmen if he had talked to the people who put <br />on the E. 185th Street Festival because they had some problems with a <br />petting zooo <br />Mayor Carmen said that we had received good recommendations for this <br />company. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 89-26, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT TO THE SUBURBAN POLICE ANTI-CRIME NETWORK IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE <br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,500.00) FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE'S _ <br />CONTRIBUTION TO THE 1989 BUDGET AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
