?, <br />:r1 I <br />_ _._ ?, <br />Special Council Meeting <br />7/13/89 <br />Page 2 <br />Mr. Ramos said that he would be more than happy to talk to the <br />residents or to their attorneys so that they can get the rights-of- <br />entries and easements together so that the project can begin. <br />Mr. Ramos said that Council must amend Section 3 of the Resolution by <br />deleting the names of Norman and Constance Kotoch and inserting the <br />names of Charles and Patricia Grosel. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Section 3 of <br />Resolution No. 89-39 to delete the names of Norman and Constance Kotoch <br />and to insert the names of Charles and Patricia Grosel. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Amended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to adopt Resolution <br />No. 89-39. <br />Mr. Rinker said that a question had been asked regarding the path of <br />the proposed new line. He said the question was whether it could be <br />modified to allow a gentler curve that would save some trees. <br />Mr. Wolszynek said that the modification should not incrase the price. <br />Council agreed they would like the specifications to state that a <br />slight modification of a gentler curve at sublots 113, 114, and 115 <br />would be considered. <br />Association, said that on behalf of Aintree North he would like to know <br />how this got proposed when the rest of the creek is not being <br />considered. <br />Blase Pietrafese - President of the Aintree North Homeowner's <br />Mr. Basile said that the Village hired Burgess and Niple as drainage <br />consultants. Burgess and Niple made the selection--they felt this was <br />the most important area to do right now. <br />Mr. Pietrafese said that they were told the whole thing would be done. <br />Mr. Rinker said he felt the idea was to address the problem. He said <br />we are trying to address the worst part of the ditch. We may be able <br />to do more but we aren't sure how much we can do. He said that we will <br />do as much as we can feasibly afford. <br />
