<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />9/18/89 <br />Page 8 <br />Mr. Ramos will prepare legislation for the next Caucus. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he feels on-site detention would be fairer and the <br />property owners would be responsible for maintaining it. Mayor's Appointment to Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Cinco, seconded by <br />Mr. Rinker, made a motion to approve the Mayor's appointment to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Mark Kusner. Mr. Kusner is <br />completing the balance of Dr. Rosenthal's term. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Appointment Confirmed <br />Mr. Ramos administered the oath of office to Mark Kusner. <br />Planning Consultant - Regional Planning - Mr. Ramos said he has <br />received one resume and hopes to receive another one this week. He <br />said he should be able to give 2-3 names to Council at the next Caucus. <br />6706 Bonnieview Road - Mr. Amendola said he got as far as Seneca with <br />the back hoe. He has Bonnieview to do then they will be through with <br />the ditch problems and relocating swales. <br />Real Estate Fee and Flood Plain Fee - Mr. Patrick said that he has been <br />working with the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and that this item <br />should be reviewed at Caucus. <br />Rear Yard Swale - 6847 Wildwood Trail - Mr. Amendola said they will <br />start laying pipe in a couple of days. <br />Street Lighting - Aintree, Derby, & Hunt Circle - Mr. Amendola said a <br />motion to award the contract for t$e ditching work, etc. on Aintree, <br />Hunt, and Derby should be made whenever appropriate. Two informal bids <br />were received: Pompia Suglia, $4,350, R& D Trenching Co., $ <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the <br />expenditure in the amount of $4,350 to Pompia Suglia for ditching work <br />on Aintree Park Drive, Hunt Circle, and Derby Drive. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Storm Water Management - Mr. Patrick said he is still working on this <br />and he is getting additional information. He is trying to get what he <br />can from Forest Park. The VCR tape is available if anyone wants to <br />view it. <br />Asphalt Street Sealing - Mr. Hovancsek said that the samples were put <br />on Bonnieview Road. <br /> <br />E <br />--?a <br />I = <br />f
