They will be presented to the <br />owners for their signatures tomorrow. <br />Beecher's Brook - Mr. Hovancsek said the Village has the opportunity to <br />submit plans to the Soil Conservation District regarding possible <br />funding for this project. <br />Mr. Ramos said the trial was scheduled but the State of Ohio was joined <br />into the lawsuit so the matter was referred to the Court of Claims and <br />the trail has been postponed. <br />Mayor Carmen said that he asked Burgess and Niple to look at this. <br />This area would be part of any water utility or management district the <br />Village might put together. <br />Snow Plowing - Mr. Amendola said that we received 6 bids and that he is <br />reviewing them. <br />Storm Run-Off Detention Basins - Mr. Ramos said that he obtained <br />legislation from Westlake. He will be meeting with Mr. Hovancsek to <br />work out legislation for the Village. <br />La FranceFire Engine - Mrs. Mills said she thought Council had decided <br />to wait until at least two months after the new one arrives before they <br />decide what to do with this pumper. <br />Street Lighting - Aintree, Derby & Hunt Circle - Mr. Hovancsek said <br />that prices were submitted, Council had authorized the work, and the <br />work should be moving forward. <br />6847 Wildwood Trail - Rear Yard Swale - Mr. Amendola said the manholes <br />are in and the covers are on. They explained to the owners that they <br />could not do any backfilling or seeding this year. <br />Sound System - Miss Heath said the company had come out today but had <br />did not have all of the parts needed to complete the installation. <br />Since the auditors were using the Council Chambers and there was a <br />meeting this evening, they will probably not begin work until next <br />week. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 89-39, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE <br />REPEALING SECTION 137.02 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT SERVICE DIRECTOR <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire <br />Council. (First Reading 9/18/89.) <br />Mr. Basile made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />There was no second to the motion; the ordinance will remain on second <br />reading.
