22 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/17/92 <br />Page Six <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Rinker said he thinks the meeting may not be held until <br />March, however, Council may have to hold another Special Council Meering. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile deferred to Mrs. Cinco since he did not attend the last <br />meeting because he was on vacation. <br />Mrs. Cinco reported that Mr. Schulte was again elected Chairman. They talked about the <br />sanitary sewer plans. There will be a workshop on February 20. On that agenda will be <br />the new building site plans for Progressive Insurance. <br />Recreation - Mr. Fixler said the new Director is Shelly Kovacevic. The Committee is <br />meeting Wednesday. A lot of things will be going on. He will provide more details next <br />month. <br />Safetv and Service - Mrs. Cinco said she was again elected Chairperson. They discussed <br />the traff'ic signal at Worton Pazk and the Fire Department brought up plans for the new <br />ambulance and the 420 radio service for the Service Deparnnent. They talked about three <br />new police cazs and testing <br />Water District Committee - Mr. Rinker said the Water District Committee should be meeting <br />in the not-to-distant future. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Engineer's Updates: <br />• Progressive Site Development Plan - Mr. Hovancsek said he has been in contact <br />with Western Reserve Engineering. They will submit drawings to him to go over. He and <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission did approve the plans to relocate the sanitary sewer. <br />He recommends Council approve same so they can start the relocation of the sanitary sewer <br />that covers the Progressive site. He explained where it is and where it will be built. <br />Mr. Fixler asked if they are still thinking about breaking ground in the spring. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said if they get approval on the sanitary sewer, they could relocate it in <br />April. As far as anything else, we do not have the plans at this point. He believes Council <br />should approve the plans for the sanitary sewer relocarion. <br />Mr. Diemert said if Council feels they are informed; Planning and Zoning has <br />recommended it be approved. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to amend the agenda to include <br />consideration to approve the relocarion of the sanitary sewer at Progressive Insurance. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Flynn, and <br />Mr. Rinker ' <br />NAYS: Mr. Fixler Morion Carrieri <br />Agenda Amenderi
