Introduced by Mayor <br />Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-07. <br />Mr. Basile asked if that was where Mr. Amendola was putting the leaves. <br />Mr. Amendola said yes. <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained the addirional expenditures were for grading that had to be done <br />prior to laying the asphalt which was not anricipated when the project was originally <br />authorized. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-08, entitled; "An ordinance creating Section 1149.08 <br />regulating the procedures for variances granted by Council." Introduced by Mayor <br />Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Rinker said it is his understanding this is to be kept on first reading because of the <br />questions of lirigarion. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-09, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Chapter 1375 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to the <br />prevention of flood damage by adopting minimum flood plain management requirements in <br />order to maintain eligibility in the Narional Flood Insurance Program, and declaring an <br />emergency." Iniroduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Diemert explained this is a housekeeping measure. They are requiring the ordinance to <br />be in Columbus this week. The changes are minimal and are only those changes <br />recommended by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to update things that have <br />developed over the years. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. . <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended
