84 <br />Special Council Meeting <br />6/1/92 <br />Page Two <br />Mr. Rinlcer asked if there were any other questions about the legislation. <br />Mr. Flynn said he has quesrions but they could wait until another meeting; it is nothing crirical. <br />Ordinance No. 92-18, enritled; "An emergency ordinance amending various fees and penalries <br />throughout the code." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-18. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />IVIr. Rinker said Council should amend the agenda to include the following items: street striping, <br />painting of municipal buildings, fuel tanks, and an executive session to discuss real property and <br />litigation. <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to amend the agenda to include the above- <br />mentioned items. <br />Street Striping <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Rinker said bids were received from Ohio Line, Inc. ($15,829.52); Aero-Mark, Inc. <br />($12,964.59); and Neat-Line Co., Inc. ($10,628.33). Mr. Hovancsek recommends the Village go <br />with Neat-Line Company, the lowest bidder. <br />A brief discussion was held regazding reimbursement to the Village by Highland Heights for the <br />striping done in Highland Heights. <br />Chief Stevens said we either alternate years or get reimbursed; we have never had a problem. <br />1Viotion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />1Viotion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Morion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br /> <br /> <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize the expenditure of $10,628.33 to <br />Neat Line Company for street striping. <br />ROLL CAI,L: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />
