<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />6/15/92 <br />Page Seven <br />Mr. Busa asked what size holding tank will be on Hickory Hill <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that has not been established yet. The underground storage facility will either <br />be at Hickory Hill or Aintree North. It will only be used in case of power failure or a heavy storm. <br />Mayor Pietrafese said if we do not use our own engineer, they will appoint an engineer; he thought <br />we should use our own. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said his fees would be paid as part of the overall project and it may be that the <br />Village would be reimbursed by the County. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve Steve Hovancsek as the Village's <br />engineer for the project with the stipulation that whatever dollars may have to be fronted by the <br />Village would be reimbursed. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Appointment Approved <br />Resolurion No. 92-05, enritled; "A resolution consenting to the transfer of the Cable T.V. franchise <br />agreement and cable systems assets." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />(First Reading 1/20/92, Second Reading &Tabled 2/17/92) <br />Mr. Rinker asked Council's pleasure. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to remove Resolution No. 92-05 from the <br />ta.ble. ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Cazried <br />Resolurion Removed from Table <br />Mr. Rinker said he did not see any reason to delay this further; they have called several times <br />looking for our response. <br />Mr. Diemert said they will have the same contractual obligations; Council is only authorizing them <br />to change the name. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 92-05. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Resolution No. 92-21, entided; "A resolution urging the Ohio Senate House Bi11314 and <br />Governor Voinovich to veto said bill which requires Mayor's Courts to pay for operaring deficits <br />incurred by municipal courts." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. (First <br />Reading 4/20/92)
