121 <br />Regular Council Meeting . . <br />7/20/92 . <br />Page Five <br />Community Relations Coordinator ftort - Mr. Phillips distributed a"proposed activity agenda" to <br />Council which he prepared for tonight's meeting. He said he met with Department Heads last <br />Thursday over breakfast and everyone had input. It was a positive meeting. He said, regarding <br />the agenda, this is- what they figured for the rest bf the yeaz.. They would like to hold a program <br />once a month to offer something to the community. Programs would be held from 7:30-9:30 p.m. <br />They would like Lazry Barrett to come in August. He has experience in financial planning. In <br />September, Gus will go with the next program on waste composting. Chief Mohr will present <br />October's program on breathing and bleeding. In November, Marilyn Davies, Vice President <br />Psychiatry, will offer a program on stress and frustrations. Mr. Phillips said he will work with <br />department heads of the Police, Fire, and Service departments to offer sessions on community, <br />public, and interpersonal relations. He asked if anyone had any input. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked if Marilyn Davies and others will be donating their time. <br />Mr. Phillips said yes. OLD BUSINESS <br />Executive Session - Mr. Rinker said since legal counsel is present, he would like Council to recess <br />into Executive Session at this time to discuss a matter of lirigation with counsel.- <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to recess into Execurive Session to discuss <br />litigation matters. : <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:35 p.m. <br />Mr. Amendola left the meeting at 10 p.m. Council reconvened at 10:10 p.m. <br />Snrinkler S, stem - Mr. Rinker said Mr. Amendola is not here. <br />Planning; & Zoning Aoointment - This item was taken care of earlier. <br />Second Readin,g of Ordinance No. 92-12, enrided; "An emergency ordinance establishing fees for <br />members of the Architectural Review Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Board of <br />Zoning Appeals, and amending Section 1305.05." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as <br />a Whole. (First Reading 6/15/92) ° <br />Second Reading of Resolurion No. 92-22, entitled; "A emergency resolution amending Section 2 <br />of Resolution No. 86-64 pertaining to the compensation of the Plans Examiner for Mayf'ield <br />Village, Ohio, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading;Amended June 15, 1992) <br />Mr. Rinker explained that Council is following the normal procedure of three readings for <br />Ordinance No. 92-12 and Resolution No. 92-22.
