158 <br />Regulaz Council Meeting 9/21/92 - <br />Page Eight _ <br />Mr. Fixler suggested the times the trucks will enter and exit (9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) be added to the <br />agreement. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked if Mr. Diemert wanted to include that they are not able to hold us responsible. <br />Mr. Diemert said yes. <br />Mr. Diemert said he will list all the specif'ic points in a letter. <br />Mr. Galler said because the store's personal property inventory will be stored in the Village, it will <br />add to the Village's income. <br />Mayfield United Methodist Church - Expansion of Parking I.?ot - Mr. Basile said the Church asked <br />for a variance for the elimination of curbs for their present parking lot expansion at this time. The <br />Planning and Zoning Commission recommended Council grant a temporary variance to the church <br />with a time factor of 3 years. A review is to be made in 18 months; if they have no plans for <br />expansion at that tune, curbs would have to be installed. Mr. Basile said the Commission turned <br />down the request for a set back variance completely. . <br />The gentleman from the church said they would like to address Council about one issue--the set <br />back variance. They appreciate the recommendation to approve the expansion of the parking lot <br />and can live within the limitations about the curbs. Worship is increasing and they are trying to <br />think about how to keep pace with this type of growth. <br />Discussion was held. 1V1r. Amendola said in view of the fact it was a church, the Architectural Review Board felt the <br />property would continue to be used as church property. <br />Mr. Basile said by using the 90' set back they would only lose six parking spaces. <br />Consideration of Variance to 90' Set Back <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt the request by the Mayfield United <br />Methodist Church for a variance to the 90' set back (details included in the minutes of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission of September S, 1992.) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Busa <br />NAYS: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and <br />Mr. Rinker Motion Not Carried <br />Request Denied <br />Consideration of Curb Variance Request <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adopt the request from the Mayfield United <br />Methodist Church (810 S.O.M. Center Road) for a variance to eliminate curbing; conditions as <br />stated in the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission of September 8, 1992.
