1-76 <br />Regulaz Council Meeting <br />10/19/92 <br />Page Six <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 92-34, entided; "An ordinance revising the zone map of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, so as to amend the use classification of approximately two hundred acres <br />of land located north of Highland Road,west of S.O.M. Center Road, east of I-271, and south of <br />the northern property line of all Midvale Avenue lots, from its office laboratory district and <br />production-district, to single family residential district (U-1)." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/21/92, Second Reading & Amended 10/5/92) <br />Mr. Busa said on the agenda it says first reading on 9/21 and second reading on 1015, so should <br />this be the third reading? <br />Mr. Rinker said his understanding was that Council made some changes at the second reading and <br />that they are leaving this ordinance on second reading tonight. <br />Motion to Amend & T'hird Reading of Qrdinance No. 92-26, entided; "An emergency ordinance <br />amending Section 971.06 of the Codif'ied Ordinances relating to false alarms and civil penalties <br />therefore." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. (First Reading July 20, <br />1992; Second Reading September 21, 1992.) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 92-26 (as reflected <br />in the copy of the ordinance that has the words "as amended" behind the number.) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, <br />and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Ferranee, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa,lVlrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, <br />and W. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-26. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Finance DQartment: <br />Mr. Toth said he met with Mike from A.G. Edwards last Wednesday to bring everything up-to- <br />date and get everything going on the pro-forma. Letters have been sent to all department heads <br />requesting their capital needs for 5-10 years down the road. Mr. Toth said he feels very posirive <br />about this particular project. For the November 2nd Council Caucus, they should at least put aside <br />one hour for this meeting. Two representatives from A.G. Edwards and Ivan Otto from Squires, <br />Sanders, and Dempsey will be present. He explained that a pro-forma is nothing more than a <br />projection of incoming revenues and future capital needs and improvements for the Village.
